Rules and Regulations

Below are documents that apply to all owners and residents in the Whalers Cove estate.

Maintenance Work (approval needed)
Before you do any maintenance to your unit, make sure you comply with sectional title rules. Any building work exterior needs to first be approved by the Owners Corporation. Failure to not follow due process can result in legal action and incure the cost to undo any alterstions done to your unit.

Tennis Court Rules
Owners are permitted to use the tennis court for recreational activity, other than tennis, provided that they adhere to the Owners Corporation Tennis Court Rules.
