Visitors and Contractors
Overview
For the purpose of Whalers Cove, a 
		contractor is a person engaged to perform work such as maintenance, 
		painting, electrical and alike, and a visitor is a person attending 
		Whalers Cove to perform a task such as a real estate agent conductiong 
		open for inspections, a photographer taking photos or other persons 
		conducting Owners Corporation business such as quoting.
Visitors and Contractors security information 
The  security system consists of a closed circuit camera and an electronic intercom system. When your visitor arrives at Whalers Cove they must first enter your unit number followed by the # symbol on the keypad on the intercom panel at the main gate entrance. When satisfied as to the identity of your visitor, press 1 # key symbol button on your phone or mobile device, which will then open the front entry gate for 5 seconds. If you wish to open the pedestrian gate only, press 2 #
Contractors employed at the Whalers Cove estate by MBCM 
		  Strata Specialist Frankston.
Before commencing work on 
		  site at Whalers Cove estate, contractors are required to submit to the 
		  Owners Corporation manager, MBCM Strata Specialist Frankston evidence 
		  of appropriate compliance licences, insurances, and a Safe Work Method 
		  Statement as required by OH&S regulations and Whalers Cove management.
		  Work can not commence before 07.30am and be completed 
		  by 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is not permitted without 
		  prior approval of the Owners Corporation manager, MBCM Strata 
		  Specialist.
Parking is available for contractors 
		  and visitors at the Whalers Cove visitors carpark.
		  Contractors are responsible for cleaning up before leaving 
		  the Whalers Cove estate. 
Any damage to the common property 
		  must be reported immediatly to the Owners Corporation manager, MBCM 
		  Strata Specialist.
