The Mooring Area of Whalers Cove Estate

The mooring area is private property owned by some lot owners of the estate, this area does not form part of the Whalers Cove common area.

Leasing or selling of moorings to any individuals and or company who are not lot owners within the Whalers Cove Estate is NOT permitted under the Consolidated Registered Rules. The Whalers Cove estate is a private estate, so public access is not accessible.
