What you need to know
MBCM Strata is not authorised to approve your application. All aplication will be considered by the Committee
- If an alteration affects the exterior of your house lot, owners must seek written approval from the Owners Corporation, including works to private yards and areas not visible from the common property.
- Owners are encouraged to read their Owners Corporation Rules in detail before applying in order to address the relevant conditions in your application.
- Allow plenty of time! Owners should be patient throughout the application process as a major alteration can take considerable time and resources.
